Gregory S. Campbell is the Chairman of Sustainable Resources Group, LLC. He is also the founder of CDV Associates, LLC (“CDV”) where he is President and CEO. He formed CDV’s predecessor company in 1996 and successfully grew fourteen different businesses with CDV as the originating private equity sponsor. Mr. Campbell also serves as Chairman of the Board of Diversus, Inc. and serves as a member of the Board of ACCT Holdings, LLC. Mr. Campbell received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University. Mr. Campbell is a licensed instrument rated private pilot.
Gregory S. Campbell
Peter is our vice president and the head of sales and marketing, focusing on facilities optimization and efficiency, and implementing beneficial residuals handling to achieve client cost savings and promote environmental stewardship. He has 35-plus years of technical and management experience in waste management, utilization, and disposal, with extensive experience in the beneficial reuse of biosolids, food processing residuals, water plant residuals, and septage. Peter’s operation experience includes municipal wastewater treatment, land application of liquid and dewatered residuals, septage-processing, municipal sludge dewatering, spray irrigation, on-lot systems, waste transportation and disposal. He is a certified wastewater treatment plant operator, certified sewage enforcement officer, and a former member of the PADEP Organics Recycling Task Force. Peter received a B.S. in Agronomy from Delaware Valley College of Science and Agriculture.
General Manager of Operations
Brian is our general manager of operations and is dedicated to optimizing our land application and client services. He has over 15 years of experience in the beneficial reuse of residuals and biosolids, project management, facilities permitting, and nutrient management. Brian also manages the procurement and permitting of our application land base, performs regulatory compliance reporting, and oversees our transportation and land application fleet. He is certified in OSHA HAZWOPER training, HAZWOPER Supervisor training, and Confined Space Entry training. Brian received an A.S. in Environmental Technology from Delaware Technical and Community College.
Nutrient Management Specialist
Amy is our licensed nutrient management specialist and nutrient management plan writer, focused on farm management and relations. She is responsible for land base procurement, nutrient application tracking, support for farm operations, and oversight of regulatory compliance. Amy is an Associate Supervisor for the Harford Co. Soil Conservation Board, a PA manure broker, and a fellow of LEAD Maryland Class IX.
Business Unit Manager
Jason is the business unit manager for our latest residuals handling expansion project. He oversees site development and implementation and is responsible for identifying new market outlets for product distribution and sales. Jason has a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from the Pennsylvania State University, and a M.B.A in Management from Indiana University.
Connor is a project manager in charge of sales and marketing for consumer products from our residuals handling operations. He is responsible for investigating innovative product outlets and potential partners in product distribution.
Controller & Office Manager
Jean is our controller and office manager. She is in charge of overseeing the daily accounting operations of the business, including cash management, budgeting, and project management, as well as providing human resource support for the company. Jean received an A.S. in Accounting from West Chester University.
Jessica currently provides administrative support for marketing, operations and accounting. In the past her role included source and site permitting, regulatory compliance and nutrient application tracking. She received a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management from the Pennsylvania State University.
